Generate a Job Description with AI

To use Symply's AI Job Description feature, go to Settings > AI Tools and turn on Job Descriptions. This feature is free and does not need your company to be subscribed to Symply's AI Tools Addon.

After turning on the AI Job Description feature in Settings, follow this steps to create a job description in seconds.

1. Go to Job Templates > Job Description > Create a New Template

2. Fill in the following fields - Job Title, About the Company & About the Role. (These fields are required to create the Job Responsibilities and Job Requirements with AI)

3. In the Job Responsibilities field, click Generate with AI, the system will automatically generate the job requirements, then use the text formatting tools to make the necessary edits.

4. In the Job Requirements field, click Generate with AI, the system will automatically generate the job requirements, then use the text formatting tools to make the necessary edits.

5. Fill in other required fields and click Save.

Your Job Description Template is ready to be used to create jobs.
