Run a General Ledger Report
A general ledger accounts for all of your business's financial activity. With the general ledger report, you can download payroll data to import into your accounting software.
Updated February 19, 2026
- Click the Reports tab in the left navigation menu
- Select General Ledger
- Locate the report by payroll date
- Click Detailed to view the General Ledger
- Click Download and select a file type (PDF, CSV, or IIF) to download and save the General Ledger report
