Add a Reimbursement
Reimbursements are not taxed or reported as regular wages. Some companies reimburse employees for things like gas mileage, cell phones, or housing.

- Click Settings
- Select Add Custom Earning
- Give your custom earning a name— this name will appear on payroll reports and employee pay stubs.
- Is this earning untaxed?
- Select Yes— all reimbursements are untaxed
- Click Save
Your reimbursement will now be available under Additional Earnings when you run payroll.
